Project management

How a Typical process looks like

” In our company, not only the result is important, the way is also important.
The cooperation between us and our customers is a crucial tool for the success of the project ”

Or Levy – CEO, Assatec Robotics

First Step:

After the customer shares their automation goals, the Assatec team will quickly develop and propose a direction for the project, with a model that helps demonstrate proof-of-concept.

Moving Forward: Within a week of receiving a PO, a kick-off meeting is held to further detail the requirements, and to ensure that all customer expectations are understood and will be met.
PDR:
Preliminary Design Review: In this session, we will present a much more detailed design for the automation, related system components, and expected results.  It provides another opportunity to confirm we have heard and understood the customer requirements, and are on track to deliver a winning solution.

CDR – Critical Design Review:
This is our last meeting before moving from concept to production.  All mechanical aspects of the solution are discussed, as well as the operation of the system.  It gives one last opportunity to “tweak” the design prior to manufacturing and assembling the final automation cell.

Build & Integration:
After manufacturing all the parts, we will assemble the system in our facility and make sure all aspects of the solution work as planned. We will perform hardware and software tests to “debug” any issues, and reduce implementation time as much as possible.

On-site Installation:
The automation cell is then transported to your facility for integration into your work environment, with compliance testing for all aspects of the delivered solution. Any issues are worked out together until you confirm that Assatec has delivered another winning solution, and you are a happy customer!

Finish line:

Another automated solution has been successfully integrated—yet this is only the beginning. At Assatec Robotics, we are committed to providing
exceptional ongoing support to ensure the long-term success of your automation systems. We are always ready to assist with any future automation needs, driving continuous innovation and growth for your business.
